About Me:
Associate Broker Curtis Fish puts his Masters and Juris Doctor in Environmental Law to excellent
use with conservation-minded sellers and buyers by specializing in the sale of large waterfront and
farmland properties. He also assists buyers and sellers in development and conservation option plans.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Curtis practiced environmental law with several international law firms,
guiding the development and environmental compliance of energy and natural resources projects worldwide.
Curtis also pioneered modern legal agreements to assist in the protection of marine and terrestrial
biodiversity resources for the U.S. National Park Service and international Marine Protected areas.
Curtis has lived in Maine most of his life, with trips to Europe, Africa and the Middle East in pursuit
of his environmental law career. He represents the Town of Woolwich on the Board of Appeals and is an
avid skier, sailor, fisherman, and farmer at his 1720's farmhouse in Woolwich, Maine.
